We are a
non-denominational Cowboy Church, that
brings the Balance of Spirit and Truth to God's
word. We believe in the whole word of God, from
beginning to end. We teach the fullness of God's
word and bring Balance to the body of Christ.
(John 4:24)
God is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those
who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in
truth.
-
The Bible is the inspired Word of God & is the
infallible rule of faith & conduct. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)
You have been taught the holy Scriptures from
childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the
salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus.
All Scripture is inspired
by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us
realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are
wrong and teaches us to do what is right.
God uses it to prepare
and equip his people to do every good work.
-
One
Godhead existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, & God
the Holy Spirit as one entity. (Colossians 2:10)
And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of
life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead - Father,
Son and Holy Spirit--and
reach full spiritual
stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every
angelic principality and power].
(1 John 5:6-8)
And Jesus Christ was revealed as
God’s Son by his baptism in water and by shedding his blood on
the cross not by water only, but by water and blood.
And the Spirit, who is truth, confirms it with his testimony.
So
we have these three witnesses the Spirit, the water,
and the blood—and all three agree.
-
Salvation
of man comes only from accepting Jesus as Savior and being
spiritually born again. (Acts 4:12)
There is salvation in no one
else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must
be saved.
(Romans 10:9-10)
If you confess
with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart
that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is by believing in your
heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing
with your mouth that you are saved.
(John 3:16)
For God loved the world so much that he gave his one
and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him
will not perish but have eternal life
-
Water
Baptism by submersion. (Matthew 28:19)
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and
the Son and the Holy Spirit.
(Acts 2:38)
Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your
sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus
Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive
the gift of the Holy Spirit.
-
The
Promise of the Father & the evidence of prayer language. The Great Commission From Jesus: (John
16:15-18) And He said to them, “Go into all the
world and preach the gospel to every creature.
16
He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does
not believe will be condemned.
17 And these
signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast
out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
18
they will take up serpents; and if they drink
anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay
hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
(John
14:16-17)
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another
Counselor to be with you forever the Spirit of truth. The world
cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him.
But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
(Jude 20)
But you,
beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying
in the Holy Spirit,
(Acts 1:8)
But you will receive power when
the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in
Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the
earth.
(Acts
2:4)
All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak
in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.
(Acts 2:32-33,39)
God has raised this Jesus to
life, and we are all witnesses of the fact. Exalted to the
right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised
Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.
The
promise is for you and your children and for all who are far
off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.
-
The
Gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today, the same as in the New Testament.
(1 Corinthians 12)
1
Now, dear brothers and sisters, regarding your question about
the special abilities the Spirit gives us. I don’t want you to
misunderstand this. 2 You know that when
you were still pagans, you were led astray and swept along in
worshiping speechless idols.
3 So I want you to
know that no one speaking by the Spirit of God will curse Jesus,
and no one can say Jesus is Lord, except by the Holy Spirit. 4
There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same
Spirit is the source of them all.
5 There are different
kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord.
6 God works in
different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all
of us. 7 A spiritual gift is
given to each of us so we can help each other.
8 To one person the
Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice; to another the
same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge.
9
The same Spirit gives great faith to another, and to someone
else the one Spirit gives the gift of healing.
10 He gives one
person the power to perform miracles, and another the ability to
prophesy. He gives someone else the ability to discern whether a
message is from the Spirit of God or from another spirit. Still
another person is given the ability to speak in unknown
languages,] while another is given the ability to
interpret what is being said.
11 It is the one and
only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides
which gift each person should have. 12
The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up one
whole body. So it is with the body of Christ.
13 Some of us are
Jews, some are Gentiles, some are slaves, and some are free. But
we have all been baptized into one body by one Spirit, and we
all share the same Spirit.
14
Yes, the body has many different parts, not just one part.
15
If the foot says, “I am not a part of the body because I am not
a hand,” that does not make it any less a part of the body.
16
And if the ear says, “I am not part of the body because I am not
an eye,” would that make it any less a part of the body?
17
If the whole body were an eye, how would you hear? Or if your
whole body were an ear, how would you smell anything? 18
But our bodies have many parts, and God has put each part just
where he wants it. 19 How strange a body would be if it had only
one part! 20
Yes, there are many parts, but only one body.
21 The eye can
never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to
the feet, “I don’t need you.” 22
In fact, some parts of the body that seem weakest and least
important are actually the most necessary.
23 And the parts we
regard as less honorable are those we clothe with the greatest
care. So we carefully protect those parts that should not be
seen, 24
while the more honorable parts do not require this special care.
So God has put the body together such that extra honor and care
are given to those parts that have less dignity.
25
This makes for harmony among the members, so that all the
members care for each other.
26 If one part
suffers, all the parts suffer with it, and if one part is
honored, all the parts are glad. 27
All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part
of it. 28
Here are some of the parts God has appointed for the church:
first are apostles, second are prophets, third are teachers,
then those who do miracles, those who have the gift of healing,
those who can help others, those who have the gift of
leadership, those who speak in unknown languages.
29
Are we all apostles? Are we all prophets? Are we all teachers?
Do we all have the power to do miracles?
30 Do we all have the
gift of healing? Do we all have the ability to speak in unknown
languages? Do we all have the ability to interpret unknown
languages? Of course not!
31 So you should
earnestly desire the most helpful gifts.
-
Total
prosperity: spiritual, mental, health, financial.
(John 10:10)
The
thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy.
My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
-
Our
ministry is and should be as Jesus' was.
(Acts 10:38)
And you know
that God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and
with power. Then Jesus went around doing good and healing all
who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.
(John 14:12)
I tell
you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works
I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be
with the Father.
